Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment if unused and in original packaging. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Crane Axle. There will be no returns allowed on special order items. To initiate a return, contact myra@wideopendesign.com with your name, order number, order date, reason for return, and contact information. A restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged. Shipping and freight costs are non-refundable. Crane Axle does not accept returns on electronic products. All warranty claims on electronic products must be submitted to and handled by the manufacturer directly. If you have received damaged or an incomplete order, contact us immediately for correction. A COMPLETED RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED. Labor and/or Parts Warranties are non-refundable and do not apply to products or vehicles used for racing, off-road purposes, or to damage caused due to accidents or abuse.

Crane Axle manufactures off-road, heavy-duty components for 4x4 vehicles and custom manufacture small run axle assemblies. They also produce axle assemblies, knuckles, and differential covers as well as custom axle housings and offer components like high steer arms and other parts for high-performance off-road applications.

Crane Axle specializes in custom and aftermarket heavy-duty 4x4 off-road axle assemblies, components, and accessories, such as knuckles, axle housings, diff covers, and brake kits for popular models like Dana 60, Dana 80, and 14 Bolt axles. They also offer specialized parts, including spools, lockers, and ring and pinions, along with "ready-to-ride" assemblies with pre-installed components for custom builds as well as custom manufacturing for specialty axles.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed Monday - Friday are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day(s). If an item is found to be on backorder, we will do our best to notify you in a timely manner.

Please contact us if you require special shipping accommodations, and we’ll work with you to set up the arrangements.

Crane Axle reserves the right to ship in the most economical way. Shipping quotes apply to the US lower 48 states. For shipping to any other areas, please contact us for an accurate quote.

Shipping for items marked as "freight required" must be checked for accuracy.
