The RCV Big Bell Axle Set is the ultimate front axle solution for 2005+ Ford F-450 and F-550 Super Duty trucks running the factory Dana 60 Super-60 unit bearings. This system uses RCV’s proven 2.5-ton Rockwell Big Bell CV design, adapted with a custom outer stub that fits directly into the large 32-spline Super-60 unit bearing.
By eliminating traditional lockouts or drive flanges, the Big Bell setup removes multiple failure points while significantly increasing strength, reliability, and smooth power delivery under extreme load.
This kit is designed for custom inner axle configurations and supports 40-spline or 47-spline inner shafts, making it ideal for ultra-heavy builds, high-horsepower applications, and extreme off-road or work-truck abuse.
