When upgrading your Jeep JK Dana 30 with an ARB 30 spline air locker, the factory U-joint axle shafts become the new weak link. The RCV heavy duty CV Axle Set replaces those stock shafts with a high strength constant velocity design that delivers twice the strength of OEM and maintains that strength at extreme steering angles where U-joints fail.

The RCV CV design eliminates binding, reduces vibration, and provides smooth, consistent power delivery to the ground whether you’re daily driving or hammering through rocks, mud, or technical trails. These axles thrive under high load, big power, and larger than stock tires.

Tech Insight

ARB’s air locker upgrade dramatically increases traction, but it also increases stress on the front axle shaft system, especially at full steering lock. RCV solves this by eliminating the weak U-joint entirely. The Ultimate CV design maintains full rotational strength at any angle, reducing breakage when lockers engage, when running technical terrain, or when tires load hard under throttle.

The 30 spline ARB matched inner shafts and 32 spline outer stubs deliver a balanced, stronger than stock torque path that unlocks the full capability of your upgraded differential.
