The RCV Performance Ultimate 30-Spline CV Axle Set is the proven upgrade for early Toyota pickups and 4Runners with solid front axles. OEM Toyota axles use strong 30 splines at the differential, but immediately neck down to a weaker 27-spline CV which is a well-known failure point when running larger tires, lockers, or low range gearing.
RCV eliminates the weakness by upgrading the CV joint to a full 30-spline 300M race, keeping the shaft full diameter and dramatically increasing torsional strength. This design removes the OEM bottleneck and creates a reliable, smooth, high angle CV that performs equally well at straight angles or at full steering lock.
Manufactured in the USA using premium chromoly and 300M materials, these axles are twice as strong as OEM and operate with a smoothness you can feel both on the road, off-road, or anywhere in between. And every set is backed by RCV’s No Questions Asked Lifetime Warranty.
