Designed at the request of professional off-road racers, these axles combine the unmatched smoothness of RCV’s CV technology with the brutal strength of 300M alloy steel, delivering performance far beyond what any U-jointed shaft can offer.
300M CV axles maintain full strength at any steering angle, whether straight or full lock, by eliminating the binding, vibration, and steering shimmy that plague U-joints. RCV’s patented Spherical Sealing Technology provides superior puncture and tear resistance compared to rubber CV boots, ensuring long lasting protection in the harshest terrain.
These axles also convert the factory three piece disconnect system into a stronger, more reliable two piece design. The OEM disconnect assembly becomes obsolete, greatly increasing durability while simplifying the front axle system.
