Upgrade your Land Cruiser 80 or 105 Series front axle with the RCV Performance Ultimate 30/30 Spline CV Axle Set—a proven solution to Toyota’s most common front axle failure point. OEM 80 Series axles use a strong 30-spline differential side, but neck down to a coarse 24-spline CV, creating a weak link that often fails under heavy loads, big tires, or locked up trail use.
RCV eliminates this bottleneck by upgrading the CV joint to a 4340 chromoly 30-spline race, eliminating the neck down section entirely and dramatically increasing torsional strength. Tests prove these axles to be twice as strong as OEM, maintaining the same strength at full steering lock as they do in a straight line.
