Upgrade your classic GM K-series truck with the unmatched strength and smooth performance of the RCV Ultimate Dana 44 CV Axle Set. These high strength CV axles replace the factory U-joint shafts, eliminate binding, increase articulation, and deliver twice the strength of OEM shafts.
Traditional U-joints lose strength and bind under steering angle, especially with larger tires or lockers. RCV’s constant velocity design maintains full strength at every angle, giving your K10 or K20 smoother power delivery, tighter steering feel, and dramatically improved durability on- and off-road.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All CVJ44OS axle kits require a 30 spline hub gear upgrade. RCV hub gears are compatible with Warn 20990 Premium Lockouts.

Requirements:
- Upgrade to 30 spline hub gears
- Compatible with Warn 20990 Premium Lockouts
- Not compatible with factory 19 spline lockouts unless upgraded.

Classic GM Dana 44 trucks rely on 19 spline outer shafts and U-joints—two major weak points when adding engine torque, running larger tires, or installing lockers. RCV’s upgrade solves both:
