Upgrade your ’99–’04 Ford Super Duty front axle with the unmatched strength and articulation of the RCV Ultimate Dana 60 CV Axle Set. Designed to replace the factory U-joint axle shafts, these high-strength constant velocity axles deliver twice the strength of OEM while maintaining full torque transfer at every steering angle.

Where U-joints bind, chatter, and weaken under steering load, RCV CV joints remain smooth and strong. This gives your Super Duty better traction, improved steering feel, and far less risk of failure when running oversized tires, lockers, or heavy power output.

Includes:

  • Left & right 35 spline RCV CV axle shafts
  • SST seals & installation tool
  • Installation hardware
  • Synthetic moly grease
  • Installation instructions

Tech Insight

The early Super Duty Dana 60 is strong, but the OEM U-joint shafts remain a major weak link when larger tires, added horsepower, or locking differentials are introduced. RCV’s constant velocity joint design fixes that.

Benefits include:

  • Full steering angle strength with no binding or chatter
  • 35 spline inner & outer construction for maximum torque capacity
  • Smoother steering and improved road feel
  • Dramatically increased durability for off-road, towing, and oversized tires

If you're building a reliable, high power Super Duty, this is the axle upgrade that keeps your front end alive.
