The ARB Air Locker is the world’s premier selectable traction aid, engineered to deliver maximum traction exactly when you need it — without compromising on-road drivability. Designed for the Toyota 8" IFS clamshell front differential, this Air Locker allows you to instantly lock both axle shafts together at the flip of a switch, ensuring power is delivered evenly to both wheels in the most demanding off-road conditions.

Unlike automatic lockers, the ARB Air Locker operates as a fully open differential when disengaged, maintaining factory-like street manners and driveline longevity. When activated, compressed air engages a pneumatically operated locking system that prevents the internal differential gears from rotating independently, giving you true 100% traction on demand.

This system allows vehicles to be driven slower, safer, and with greater control over obstacles — reducing vehicle damage while improving performance in rock crawling, trail riding, snow, mud, and sand.
