Upgrade your Toyota solid axle to true, slug-style strength with the RCV 4340 Drive Flange Set. Designed to complement RCV Ultimate CV Axle Sets, these flanges eliminate the failure-prone factory flanges or locking hubs by delivering unmatched durability in hardcore off-road conditions.
Each flange is manufactured in the USA from premium 4340 chromoly, significantly increasing torsional strength and reducing the chance of stripping splines—especially on rigs with big tires and aggressive gearing. This set adds six additional heavy-duty studs to better distribute load through the hub, ensuring maximum reliability in extreme use.

Locking hubs are a known weak point in Toyota solid axle setups—especially on vehicles running oversized tires, high-horsepower engines, or doing hardcore crawling. Switching to a drive flange removes the complexity and failure potential of a locking hub while increasing spline engagement and eliminating hub blowouts.
