These Dana 60 Shock Mount Gussets are designed to weld between the axle tube and the Dana 60 inner C, forming a structural brace while providing a strong, properly positioned shock mounting location. They push the shock outward toward the knuckle as far as possible while still clearing steering throughout the full cycle.

The included tabs are cut at 2 different heights to help create the correct shock angle—especially useful for front shocks leaning back toward the chassis. Built specifically for Dana 60 housings, these mounts provide strength, clearance, and improved shock geometry in one clean package.

Dana 60 inner C shock mounts solve one of the biggest problems with front suspension packaging—finding a strong, properly angled mounting point that clears steering knuckles throughout full lock and suspension travel. By tying the shock mount directly into both the tube and the C, these gussets create a triangulated support structure, improving durability and reducing flex. The offset tabs allow builders to fine-tune shock angle, improve motion ratio, and maintain steering clearance.
