Engineered to remove the final weak link in your steering system and designed for precision performance both on and off-road, this spring eliminator kit with bearings replaces factory Kingpin springs with heavy durometer bushings, improving steering stability, durability, and control under extreme load.

Installation Overview
  1. Disassemble the top cap or high-steer arm from your Kingpin knuckle.
  2. Remove the spring and retainer, then inspect and replace the white cone bushing if worn.
  3. Grease the new bushing using high-temp wheel bearing grease.
  4. Install the SE60 bushing (dished end down) over the white cone.
  5. Reassemble per OEM torque specs and test knuckle preload (20–25 in-lbs. resistance recommended).

Note: Should excessive or insufficient preload occur, adjust using provided shims or contact our technical team for assistance.
