The RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axle Set replaces the factory 27-spline U-joint shafts with a high strength 30 spline CV design engineered to handle big tires, big power, and hard off-road use.

RCV’s constant velocity construction eliminates U-joint binding and delivers smooth, consistent power where stock U-joints are at their weakest. Testing shows these Ultimate CV Axles are twice as strong as OEM, giving your upgraded Super 30 all the reliability it deserves.

Tech Insight

A Super 30 upgrade adds serious strength to the Dana 30, but the factory 27 spline U-joint shafts quickly become the weak link. RCV’s 30 spline Ultimate CV design balances the system by eliminating the binding, chatter, and angle induced failures common with U-joints.
