RCV 35-Spline Dana 44 CV Axle Set for Jeep JK Rubicon w/ ARB Locker
SKU: CVJ44-JK-35
When you upgrade your JK Rubicon to a 35 spline ARB RD147 or RD157 locker, the factory 30 spline shafts are no longer strong enough to keep up. The RCV Ultimate Dana 44 35 Spline CV Axle Set brings extreme duty strength to your JK by replacing the OEM U-joint shafts with a high strength constant velocity design engineered for serious off-road performance.
RCV CV axles maintain full strength and smooth rotation at every steering angle which eliminates the binding, vibration, and breakage commonly seen with U-joints. Testing proves these shafts to be twice as strong as OEM and built to handle big tires, high horsepower, and aggressive terrain.
Designed specifically for 35 spline ARB locker setups, these axles unlock the full capability of a big power Rubicon running a nonstock carrier.

Tech Insight
The Rubicon Dana 44 is strong, but once you upgrade to a 35 spline ARB locker, the torque load increases dramatically. The traditional U-joint shaft design becomes the failure point. RCV solves this by using a constant velocity joint that keeps its full strength at every operating angle, greatly reducing shaft breakage at full lock and under throttle.
The upgraded 35 spline inner shaft configuration delivers higher torsional strength, smoother power delivery, and the durability required for high horsepower, big tire JK builds.
