If your Jeep JK Rubicon is running a NON Tru-Lok differential—such as an ARB locker or other aftermarket 30-spline carrier—the factory length Rubicon axle shafts will not fit correctly. The RCV Ultimate Dana 44 CV Axle Set is engineered specifically for JK 44 front axles equipped with aftermarket carriers that change the shaft length requirements.
RCV replaces the OEM U-joint shafts with a constant velocity design that remains just as strong at full steering lock as at straight angles. This eliminates U-joint binding, increases articulation, and provides smooth, consistent power delivery whether you're crawling, trail riding, or running big tires with lockers.
With twice the strength of OEM Rubicon shafts, this is the ideal solution for JK Rubicon builds running non Tru-Lok diffs.

Tech Insight
Tru-Lok equipped JK Rubicon axles use a carrier with unique shaft lengths. When upgrading to an ARB or other aftermarket carrier, the shaft lengths must change to maintain correct fitment. This RCV kit provides the updated lengths while delivering the well known strength and smoothness of RCV CV technology.
The constant velocity joint maintains full torque transfer at all steering angles, reducing breakage on 37–40 tires, increasing articulation, and drastically improving drivability when locked in.
