The RCV Performance Ultimate IFS CV Axles for the Marlin Crawler RCLT HD +2.75 Long Travel Suspension Kit are engineered to eliminate the strength limitations of OEM Toyota IFS axles. Built for serious off-road use—from high speed desert to technical crawling—these axles deliver unmatched strength, smooth articulation, and race proven reliability.
Designed specifically for Marlin Crawler’s +2.75 Long Travel system, this axle set uses RCV’s proven double offset inboard CV design with massive 1 ball bearings and 300M internal components. The outboard CV's use Dana 60 level architecture with a blend of 4340 chromoly + 300M components, providing strength that meets or exceeds the performance of a solid axle swap while keeping all the benefits of IFS steering and ride quality.
The 35-spline 300M center bar is the strongest in the industry, paired with RCV’s high temperature SPEC moly grease to control heat in extreme environments. These axles deliver smooth power at all travel ranges, support big tires, and are backed by RCV’s No Questions Asked Lifetime Warranty against breakage.
