Installation Overview
Disassemble the top cap or high-steer arm from your Kingpin knuckle.
Remove the spring and retainer, then inspect and replace the white cone bushing if worn.
Grease the new bushing using high-temp wheel bearing grease.
Install the SE60 bushing (dished end down) over the white cone.
Reassemble per OEM torque specs and test knuckle preload (20–25 in-lbs. resistance recommended).
Note: Should excessive or insufficient preload occur, adjust using provided shims or contact our technical team for assistance.
