The Revolution system replaces the factory carrier bearing preload spanners with precision-machined seal housings that accept readily available Dana 60 inner axle seals.
Positioning the axle seals near the differential places the sealing surface where axle shaft movement is reduced compared to sealing farther out in the axle tube. This gives custom front-steer and rear-steer 14-Bolt builders a clean, serviceable way to contain differential oil while helping keep water, mud, and debris out of the housing. Using a common Dana 60 inner axle seal also makes replacement parts easier to source when the axle needs to be serviced.
