The RCV Ultimate Dana 44 300M CV Axle Set is the strongest front axle upgrade available for the Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon and Gladiator JT Rubicon. Built with 300M inner axle shafts and RCV’s oversized Dana 60–architecture CV joints, this 1-piece FAD-eliminator design delivers unmatched strength, steering smoothness, and durability under extreme load.

These axles eliminate U-joint binding and the oscillation/crow-hop common with OEM shafts. With six fully engaged contact points at every steering angle up to 45°, you get 100% power transfer even at full lock.

The 1-piece design eliminates the Jeep’s factory Front Axle Disconnect coupler, but retains full electronic module functionality—meaning no warning lights and no tuning or modification required.

Built to withstand serious abuse and backed by RCV’s Lifetime No Questions Asked Warranty up to a 43 tire.
