The RCV Performance Ultimate CV Axle Set upgrades the Nissan Patrol Y61 GU front axle by eliminating the well known failure point in the factory CV design. OEM Patrol H233B front axles use 31 splines at the differential, but neck down to a weaker 27-spline CV, which becomes a vulnerability when running big tires, lockers, or heavy off-road use.
RCV solves this problem by upgrading the CV race to a full diameter 300M 30-spline interface, eliminating the OEM neck down and dramatically increasing strength. The inner axle shafts are also upgraded to 300M alloy steel, giving the set exceptional resilience against shock loads and the harshest trail conditions.
Tests prove RCV Ultimate CV Axles to be twice as strong as OEM Patrol shafts, delivering smooth, consistent power transfer whether driving straight or operating under full steering angle.
