The Small Front Axle Truss Link Tab provides a compact, repeatable mounting point for suspension links on a front axle truss. Its lower mounting height makes it well suited for applications where clearance is limited or a lower link angle is required. It can be paired with short, medium, or Large Front Truss Link Tabs to fine-tune suspension geometry for custom off-road builds.
Each tab is precision laser cut from 1/4" high-strength plate steel for consistent dimensions, clean edges, and a weld-ready finish. This eliminates the time and inconsistency of hand-cut brackets while providing a professional mounting solution for rock crawlers, bouncers, linked trail rigs, and custom suspension systems.

The small tab places the suspension joint 1.750" above the mounting base, making it a better choice where clearance is limited or where a lower link angle is needed at the axle. The extended overlap provides additional weld contact area for strength and helps create a more stable mounting point on the truss.
Pairing different-height tabs allows builders to fine-tune suspension geometry, including link angle, separation, anti-dive, anti-squat, and clearance around the differential housing or steering components. Both tabs must maintain proper bolt alignment and joint clearance, and the suspension should be fully cycled before final welding.
